ASSOCIAZIONE SBANDIERATORI E MUSICI DEI 7 RIONI STORICI
The International Lepini Folklore Festival has become a regular feature of the summer program in Carpineto Romano in particular and the Lepini Mountains area more generally. 44 international groups from 18 different countries have been hosted during the Festival's years. In 2026, the Festival will celebrate its 20th anniversary with groups from four different continents. This achievement was unthinkable just a few years ago, especially because the city of Carpineto Romano lacks the large infrastructure to accommodate such a large number of performers. However, by focusing on the quality of both the groups and the hospitality, we have managed to create an event that is sought after by attendees and coveted by international groups.
Below are details of the countries we have had the pleasure of hosting: Bolivia; Bulgaria; Chile; Croatia; Czech Republic; Greece; Indonesia; Italy; Lithuania; Malta; Mexico; Palestine; Panama; Peru; Poland; Puerto Rico; Romania; Serbia; Spain; Turkey; Hungary.
