The Ararat Folk Dance Group has been operating in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, since 2015. The group is dedicated exclusively to the development and dissemination of Armenian folk dances, presenting them to the world in all their beauty. The group is composed of 60 artists, teenagers and young people aged 14 to 26.
The group has participated in numerous international festivals in many countries around the world, including Georgia, Greece, Bulgaria, Russia, Italy, Spain, France, Egypt, Dubai, and Montenegro. Participating in all the festivals, the group has received warm applause from the audience, high praise from the
organizers, and numerous awards: Best Folk Dance Group, Best Performance Technique.
Numerous newspapers and magazines have written about the group's stage work, and it has also been featured on several television stations.
