CEGUFOLK CONSERVANDO TRADICION APS
The association was founded in 2023 by a group of people passionate about interculturality and convinced of the importance of creating connections between different communities. Over the years, we have involved hundreds of participants in our projects and have established collaborations with associations, local authorities, other organizations, and the community at large.
The mission is to preserve Colombia's cultural heritage through traditional dance and music and to be recognized as a benchmark of Colombian culture in Europe.
The association is headed by Jhon Cesar Gutierrez Gaviria. Born in Colombia, he is a cultural manager, actor, and dancer with more than 30 years of experience in the arts. He has participated in several national and international festivals in countries such as Colombia, Italy, France, Switzerland, Greece, Poland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, etc. He won the Best Mask Award at the 2018 Venice Carnival.
